Organizing intra and inter-community peace dialogues, supporting community-driven peace structures, and promoting resource-sharing agreements among pastoral communities in Turkana, West Pokot, Baringo, Samburu, and Marakwet counties.
Restoration of degraded lands, water conservation through boreholes and dams, pasture management, and education on sustainable use of natural resources to build community resilience against climate shocks.
Promoting irrigation agriculture, livestock breed upgrading, income-generating activities through micro-grants, and value addition of products like gum Arabic, aloe vera, honey, hides and skins.
Provision of medical services, cash transfers, care homes, physiotherapy centers, and educational scholarships for the elderly, children, and people living with disabilities in vulnerable communities.
Championing community rights to land, water, grazing resources, and development. Advocating for government allocation of funds for marginalized pastoral areas and protection against land encroachment.
